Stocked Furniture
We meticulously inspect each piece before shipment and require your inspection and signature upon delivery. If you discover a defect in your furniture, please contact us immediately.
Important: Furniture that is refused due to inability to fit through entryways or spaces will be the customer’s responsibility. We strongly encourage you to review the dimensions provided on the product page and ensure the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms.
- Defective Items: If any item is found defective, we will offer a replacement or refund, provided the defective product is returned to our warehouse within 15 days of receipt.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the product at our warehouse.
- Pickup Refunds: For furniture picked up from your location, refunds will be initiated once the item reaches our warehouse. Depending on your pickup location, the refund process may take up to 30 days.
Custom Orders
The majority of Ayansu’s furniture is customized to your specifications. Custom orders begin production immediately upon confirmation and are crafted as per your requirements.
Please Note:
- Custom Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded at any stage.
- Ayansu does not have a “change of heart” return or exchange policy.
Monogrammed/Personalized Items
Items that are monogrammed or personalized are considered custom orders. These are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
Final Clearance/Sale Items
All items marked as final clearance or sale are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Errors in prices, descriptions, or images of certain products may occasionally occur. In such cases, Ayansu reserves the right to restrict or cancel orders of those items.
- If a replacement is offered, the item will be replaced with the originally ordered product. Variations in customization (e.g., upholstery, wood finish, or other specifications) or exchanges for a different product will not be entertained.
